Perfectly Made Ginger Snaps October 29, 2009 Reviewer: Jillian from Orinda, California   First discovered these flavorful, perfectly spiced ginger snaps while staying at the Bernardus Lodge and to my delight rediscovered them at the Rockridge Market Place. They taste better than anything one could make in their own oven because the consistency the cookie is not too hard and not too sweet....just RIGHT! I'll have to try the other cookies.
